Supplier registrations and sourcing requests

When you submit a supplier registration or sourcing request, we record your business and contact details, product requirements, privacy consent, submission date and reference. Optional catalogues and reference files are checked before being stored privately for authorized team review. We use these details to assess and respond to your inquiry, and send a receipt to your email address. Registration does not create a supplier account.

Our team reviews lead retention after one year and can delete records and attachments when they are no longer needed, or handle a deletion request. Any continued retention must have a business or applicable legal reason. You can request deletion using the contact below. Our service providers support secure storage, file checks and email delivery; please do not submit unrelated sensitive documents.

On our supplier registration and product sourcing pages, optional analytics measure page visits and successful submissions only if you allow them. These events do not include your name, email, phone, product description or uploaded files.
